Welcome to 2smock online help. The first time you visit any new site can be quite daunting, to help reduce this we have included an on-line shopping help area to answer many of the common questions.
There is a similar look to all 2smock and 12GO sites and shops to help make navigating our sites easier. The top section of each page is called the heading area. The heading area shows you the logo of the area that you are in either 2smock or 12GO on the top left-hand side. On the right-hand side is the login box this will allow you to login to either the resource site or our online shops. At the top of the box it will show you with you were trying to look into the resource site or the shop. It will also notice in the header area, our banners. We don't generally advertise for companies that need that don't have a direct link with or aren't involved with in some way.
Underneath the header area is the top navigation. This is the green bar on the website. The left-hand text will be a link to the top page of the sub area that your in, for example, for the main pages of the website, it will show 2smock home. However, if you are in the resource site, it will display resource site.
The right-hand side of this green bar shows the options available, relevant to the page area that you're in. These options relate to the various areas that you can access from the area that you currently in the example. You can only access the Australian shopping when you're in the Australian area, likewise, you can only access the online shop of the United Kingdom when you're in the United Kingdom area. The resource site is generally accessible from all points in the website.
The next navigation area is located on the left-hand side of the page underneath the green bar. This contains the main navigation for the area your in for example on the main page you can see the options for a news centre, online shopping and about us. This is similar to finding files in a folder when you're browsing through Microsoft Windows Explorer.
Underneath the navigation on the left-hand side, you can see the contact details for 12GO - the Australian distributors of 2smock. We have made these details very visible to ensure that our customers always have a way of contacting a real person to discuss their orders, concerns and product questions.
This leaves the area to the right-hand side, underneath the green bar for our content. This is where you will find information, product information on online shops, and the content of websites.
This explains the basic layout of our websites to better help you understand where to look for navigation, and where to look for information. You can find additional information on specific areas of the 2smock and 12GO sites by visiting their pages in the online help section.
