Many of you have been wondering what 2smock is and how 12GO fits into this situation. It's really quite simple 12GO is the Australian distributor of 2smock kits. At this stage 12GO is the only supplier of 2smock kits.
2smock is the name that we have chosen to use for our fully assembled pre-gathered smocking kits. We have recently found out that this approach is not entirely unique in that certain individuals have been using this method for its ease and convenience on an individual basis. The concept of 2smock kits was started by Diane Russell, many years ago and has finally put into production in 2005, when her daughter joined her.
While there are many other individuals who support them and work with 12GO and 2smock the decision-making and production process is managed and run by this mother-daughter partnership. This puts a customers in the unique position of dealing with the people who created the product, in fact I sometimes think that people don't believe they're talking to the "top dog".
What this means is that we actually listen to your feedback, complaints and questions. In fact, past customers have helped ensure that our products meet their needs, and hopefully yours.

Most of the time you'll be interacting with Diana Raward, who manages order processing and day-to-day business activities. Diane however, is focused on the development of the product, creation of new smocking designs for the website and imparting her knowledge of smocking.
